The people at Servin’s Tree Care are very professional and understand how to take care of trees respecting their natural shape and preparing them for the high-wind season. I had asked Jose from Servin Tree Care to cut a small tree before, so this time when I need to trim several big trees, I asked him again. Jose is very professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and responsive. He went to the property site, recorded videos for the plans how they are going to trim each tree, so you have an idea what will be the outcome ( instead of afterwards surprise ). During work day, he worked with the crew members himself. The first picture is the tree with branches on top of roof, the second picture showing after the job. The 3rd picture is the oak tree in front yard. In total they trimmed 4 big trees in front and backyard. He did exact what he described, and finished job in about 5 hours, with reasonable price. I am impressed with their professionalism and strongly recommend his team!

Jose and his crew did a really great job in just a couple of hours! Our big tree in the backyard needed a trim and it looks so refreshed now. The guys also made sure to not disturb a bird's nest on one of the branches. There is a ton of light and space with the other tree bushes removed too. I gotta say, Servin's Tree Care has got to be the best bang for my buck. If Best customer service was a company, it's Servin's Tree Care. He was highly communicative, friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I booked him during the so called Freeze of January 2026, and he called and said even though he was booked, he would squeeze me into his busy Thursday schedule and made sure my trees were taken care of beforehand. Mind you my appointment wasn't until the next day Friday afternoon. When they arrived, you could tell they are professionals because Jose and his crew got off the truck and went to work immediately! I was highly impressed how they didn't hesitate, and wasted time in thinking what had to be done. They were promp, pro efficient and very very clean, once they were done, if I hadn't greeted them when they arrived, I would've never known they were there lol. Jose Servin and his team trimmed a total of 7 oaks and one crape myrtle yesterday. He is timely with appointments and even keeps in touch the day prior. The trees are looking their best in the 15 years I have them. The men worked fast and well together. The whole team is well equipped with safety helmet, eye and hearing protection & clothing, safety ropes, the works. There is also a wood chipper and debris removal truck. Great care was taken to ensure your existing plantings are not crushed by falling branches. On top of that his pricing is competitive for such a great professional setup and hard to beat. I have no regrets checking him out!

We had the honor of meeting Jose before Hurricane Beryl that hit Houston on July 7th 2024, we had originally called him to trim our 200 yo Red Oak, he was in awe with the beauty of the tree, immediately noticed we had a momma woodpecker living up high in the tree which he said he would need to save/relocate before starting the trimming process. We immediately knew we found the right guy for the job!! Fast forward, the tree succumbed to the high winds that came through Sugarland. The tree was uprooted and now in tree heaven. LOL We called him back to cut it up, but was honest enough to say he wasn’t prepared for the size and heavy equipment required, which we appreciated. His honesty kept him #1 on our list. He removed a huge Cottonwood this week and did a great job from start to finish! I would highly recommend him for your toughest jobs! He’s honest, responsive, and very professional. Servins tree care did a wonderful job. It’s been several years since our trees were trimmed. They were starting to grow over the roof which was just replaced a couple years ago. The guys are professional and amazing to watch. Jose has a very skilled crew! Price was good and I appreciate it very much. You could never even tell any work was done as the clean up was so good. I had my son laughing because I have some old raggedy silk flowers from last spring I put it my flower beds(saw it on hgtv)because this old arthritic grandma can’t garden any longer…and I told him the guys were even careful with those! Jose and his crew did an excellent job on trimming our oak tree in front of our house. He was very responsive and communicative prior to coming out. He was honest in his answers when we asked to trim more limbs of the tree. Yes he could’ve did what we asked for and charged us more but he gave us his thoughts on why we shouldn’t trim certain branches. The cleanup after all the trimmings was done was superb. I was joking that the raking and cleaning was better than what I usually do myself.

Jose responded quickly when I requested a quote for a large branch holding on for dear life. He and his guys came by later that week and took care of it and some much needed thinning in a matter of hours. They have suggestions for future service but didn’t push adding on to that days job. We had 2 large Mulberry trees that were pretty rotten, and were becoming a safety issue. We had Servins Tree Care come out and take a look at them, and they confirmed that we should remove them. They were very professional, and safety conscious. I had a tree that was hit by lightening months ago. A family member assured me that I had plenty of time to get it cut down. Turns out the tree died FAST!! On Thursday, October 28, 2021, Houston had super high winds that took down a lot of trees and knocked out power. I promised myself then and there that I would move forward with getting estimates to have the tree removed. Servin's Tree Care was recommended to me by a colleague. They provided the fastest and most-economical estimate for the tree removal and stump grinding. They scheduled our tree removal for the following Monday, November 1st. They had a crew of three and artfully removed the tree without incident within four hours. A neighbor of mine had a tree in very close proximity removed (the stump remains) and it took that company two full days to remove and they dropped all kind of debris onto my roof and carport.
